Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Sales Manager to drive revenue within the specialty channel and have strong command over a dynamic dual gender and multiple channel product and distribution strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales strategies for multi-channel environments, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for the active wear industry.
Qualifications
What you'll get to do:
- Manage and lead our independent sales agencies, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve short- and long-term strategic objectives.
- Manage and develop relationships with key specialty retailers across multiple distribution channels.
- Collaborate with wholesale and brand marketing teams to ensure channel marketing initiatives are inline executed and in line with our strategic brand objectives.
- Ensure product feedback is received from channel and utilized by merchandise assortment team in current and future line planning.
- Utilize data and analytics to track performance, measure KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts, identify any risks and/or opportunities for the channel.
- In coordination with VP Wholesale, Planning and Analytics teams, support revenue modeling and forecasting for the channel.
- Work closely with Account Receivable team to ensure strong command and visibility of customer and channel risk.
- Extensive market travel in order to gain a clear understanding of competitive landscape while articulating the risks and opportunities to support the overall channel health.
- Take lead role in sales meeting and other key commercial milestone meetings ensuring coordination and execution of channel initiatives are communicated and all necessary outputs are generated.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales management within the active wear or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a multi-channel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a sales team and work cross functionally with other leaders within the organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for active lifestyle products and trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Extensive market travel required.

The salary range for this role is $125,000 per year - $145,000 per year.
