The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
RTX has an opening for a Sr. Manager, Tricentis Project Manager (Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) role.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of enterprise‑wide initiatives centered around the powerful Tricentis testing platform, driving high‑impact change across the organization.
- Own and elevate our vendor relationships—negotiating contracts, managing licenses, steering renewals, and ensuring we maximize the value of our investment.
- Champion of the full Tricentis suite, including Tosca, qTest, LiveCompare, NeoLoad, and Data Integrity, spearhead efforts to standardize adoption and inspire teams to fully leverage these capabilities.
- Guide the organization into the future of AI‑enabled testing, shaping strategy and identifying innovative opportunities to accelerate delivery and strengthen quality.
- Collaborate deeply with engineering, QA, architecture, procurement, and product partners, leading roadmap alignment, resource planning, budgeting, and risk management with precision and vision.
- Define and communicate KPIs and ROI metrics that clearly demonstrate the platform’s impact, while continuously seeking ways to enhance automation, optimize testing efficiency, and drive transformative outcomes across the enterprise.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience with the Tricentis Suite and Project Management and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination or related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, program delivery, or enterprise‑level technology leadership roles.
- Extensive, hands‑on expertise with the Tricentis suite (Tosca, qTest, LiveCompare, NeoLoad, Data Integrity).
Demonstrated experience with AI‑enabled testing tools and methodologies.
Strong experience with vendor contract negotiations, license management, renewals, and budgeting.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, Poolside AI, and OctoPerf.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes or container‑based test environments.
- SAP ecosystem experience, particularly SAP testing supported by Tricentis tools.
- Formal project management certification (such as PMP or ScrumMaster).

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
