As a Sr. Manager, Technology and Innovation Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping technology, innovation and execution strategy for HTCS—connecting customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies. 

In this role, you will directly work with the HTCS President and partner with technology leaders, regional business leaders, engineering teams, customers, and external stakeholders to drive strategic pillars of the organization around innovation, new products, customer centricity, digital/AI transformation; impacting business growth and operational excellence

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development & evolution of HTCS strategy development by partnering with technology leaders and regional business leaders to drive technology roadmap aligned with STRAP priorities, business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology & transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, strengthen capabilities, and support measurable business outcomes to maximize business value
  • Establish and govern strategic performance frameworks and value realization metrics that assess portfolio health, track innovation impact, measure return on technology investments, and support executive decision-making.
  • Champion co-creation across internal teams, customers, partners, and external stakeholders to identify emerging trends, accelerate innovation & growth and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HTCS leadership by providing strategic insights, market intelligence, technology trends, and scenario-based recommendations that inform long-term investment and transformation decisions.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Eight years or more years of experience in technology, innovation, product, business strategy, or related strategic functions, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and support execution of enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Experience defining, shaping, or supporting software, technology, or digital strategy, including translating strategic priorities into execution plans.
  • Strong enterprise solution thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations, business cases, roadmaps, or operating plans that enable innovation and support technology-led growth.
  • Working knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential application to improve business performance, customer value, and operational effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with program or project management practices, governance mechanisms, and execution discipline to drive progress across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
