Role: Learning, Talent & Performance Lead
Role Purpose
Lead the organisation’s people development agenda across Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Employee Engagement. The role will be responsible for translating the people strategy into effective interventions, building leadership and talent pipelines, and creating a high-performance and engaged culture.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Develop and drive the organisation-wide L&D strategy aligned to business and people priorities.
- Identify capability and development needs and translate them into relevant level wise learning interventions (Behavioural, Functional and Technical)
- Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of learning programmes across levels.
- Partner with business leaders to build critical capabilities and leadership development.
Performance Management
- Own and continuously enhance the performance management framework and cycle.
- Drive goal setting, performance reviews, calibration and development conversations.
- Partner with leaders and HR teams to strengthen a culture of performance and accountability.
Talent Management & Succession
- Drive the talent management agenda, including identification and development of high-potential talent.
- Build and maintain succession pipelines for critical roles.
- Partner with business leaders to create individual development plans and career pathways.
- Track talent readiness and ensure focused development of future leaders.
Employee Engagement
- Drive engagement surveys and translate insights into actionable interventions.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement and organisational culture.
- Partner with leaders and HR teams to address key engagement priorities.
Stakeholder Management & Execution
- Work closely with senior leadership, HR business partners and business leaders to align people initiatives with business needs.
- Establish metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness and impact of people interventions.
- Ensure seamless execution of people programmes across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience across Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement or related HR roles.
- Strong conceptual understanding of talent, capability and performance.
- Ability to translate organisational priorities into practical people interventions.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives end-to-end with strong execution orientation.
- A strategic mindset combined with the ability to work hands-on and deliver.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience across Learning and Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, or related HR roles
