Job Summary
Supply Chain Strategy
- Lead high-impact supply chain transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize end-to-end planning processes.
- Build business cases and prioritize initiatives based on financial impact and strategic value
- Identify opportunities to improve service levels, inventory productivity, working capital, supply chain costs and merchandising waste
- Create long-term supply chain roadmaps supporting business growth and continuous improvement.
Supply Chain Strategy

AI Analytics & Digital Transformation
- Lead development of advanced analytics capabilities and supply chain dashboards.
- Champion AI/ML, predictive analytics, digital twin, and optimization tools to improve planning effectiveness.
- Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and measure business outcomes
- Develop KPI reporting frameworks and actionable insights for executive leadership.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Lean and process excellence methodologies.
- Identify root causes of supply chain inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
- Monitor project benefits realization and ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.
- Establish process standards and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Facilitate alignment across Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, and Logistics.
- Influence stakeholders at all organizational levels to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
- Lead project steering committees and executive reviews
- Provide business continuity coverage as required
Project & Change Management
- Lead cross-functional project teams from concept through implementation.
- Develop implementation roadmaps, milestones and executive reporting.
- Drive organizational change management, communication plans, and user adoption strategies.
- Ensure projects deliver measurable business value on schedule and within budget.

Range: $147,668 to $191,979
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience
- 8–12 years of progressive supply chain experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, or Manufacturing industries.
- 3–5+ years leading large-scale supply chain optimization or transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
- Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, and Network Design.
- Experience with SAP IBP, SAP APO, SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, or similar planning platforms.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools
- Knowledge of optimization modeling, simulation, and scenario planning.
- Experience with AI-enabled planning and predictive analytics preferred.
