Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Planning

You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and work onsite at our CSL Seqirus location in Holly Springs, NC. You will be responsible for oversight of a team and support efforts of the site and team and individual development. Responsibilities:

• Plan, directs and monitors supply chain and logistics activities, which may include procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing and/or vendor management
• Create integrated processes and facilitate communication, planning and coordination among internal functions and outside suppliers to achieve strategic objectives
• Monitors key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes
• Ensure availability of materials, as scheduled, and maintenance of inventory at appropriate levels
• May support corporate demand planning, working with manufacturing and global planning to match product supply with product demand
• Promote alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and ensuring requirements throughout the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in business, science or related field
• 7+ years' experience in purchasing/supply chain including managing people and/or projects within the pharmaceutical industry
• Certification in Purchasing management (ISM/CPM) and Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred
• Demonstrated success developing and meeting objectives in a team environment
• Proficiency in materials management systems
