Job Summary:

As a Senior Manager, Strategic Advisory Services you'll be a pivotal leader, shaping how we deliver value to our clients from the very first interaction through successful project completion and beyond. You'll support the continuous evolution of our service methodologies, ensuring they're efficient, cutting-edge, and tailored to meet diverse client needs. This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on client engagement, sales acumen, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence. You'll directly impact client satisfaction, the quality of our services, and our overall business growth.

 

Core Responsibilities:


Service Methodology Development

  •  Innovate & Optimize: Support the design, development, and continuous refinement of our service  methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (e.g. cyber risk management, incident response preparedness, threat modeling, etc). Your goal will be to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the value we deliver to clients.
  • Standardization & Documentation: Establish clear, consistent standards and comprehensive documentation for our service delivery processes. This ensures repeatable success across all projects and teams.
  • Knowledge Management: Champion initiatives to capture and disseminate knowledge, lessons learned, continually refining our methodologies based on real-world experience.

 

Business Development Support

  •  Solution Design & Articulation: Develop high-level solution architectures, craft impactful statements of work (SOWs), clearly articulating our capabilities and value proposition in a way that resonates with clients.
  •  Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a trusted subject matter expert in client-facing meetings, confidently presenting our methodologies and delivery approach and instilling confidence in our capabilities.

Client Delivery Leadership

  •   Project Oversight: Provide senior-level oversight and strategic guidance for key client engagements. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to our highest quality standards.
  •   Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in project delivery, addressing challenges head-on to ensure successful and positive outcomes for our clients.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in professional cyber security services, consulting, or a related field, with a significant portion in roles focused on client-facing service delivery.
  •  A proven track record of developing, implementing, and optimizing service methodologies that demonstrably improve efficiency and quality.
  •  Demonstrated experience in a client-facing capacity, including strong sales support, solution architecture, and comprehensive client delivery oversight.
  •  A deep understanding of project management principles, robust quality assurance processes, and the full client lifecycle management.
  •  Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  •  Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to influence and build strong rapport at all organizational levels.
  •  The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  •  Experience with CRM and project management software.
  •  Ability to travel up to 25% as needed



Preferred Requirements:

  •  Advanced cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA). * Experience with cloud security and cloud-native architectures. 
  •  Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR and other leading security technologies. 
  •  Experience in both cyber security consulting and security operations
