The leader collaborates with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into actionable technical outcomes and ensures strong execution using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies. Key competencies include exceptional communication, organizational and leadership skills; the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams; and familiarity with Java, Angular, .NET, and AWS.
