Product Engineering – Strategy & Planning Modules
Own the design and delivery of CERius Strategy & Planning features, including:
Decarbonization planning & scenario modeling
Target setting and tracking (net-zero pathways)
Forecasting and simulation of emissions & cost impacts
Build intuitive UX for what-if analysis, scenario comparison, and decision support dashboards
Develop reusable platform capabilities for:
Configuration-driven workflows (planning templates, rule engines)
Multi-tenant customization (customer-specific planning models)
Integration frameworks (ERP, sustainability tools, external datasets)
Drive platform modularity to support rapid feature extensions and partner ecosystem
Define and standardize implementation playbooks for CERius deployments:
Data onboarding strategies
Configuration of planning models
KPI and reporting setup
Lead technical engagement during customer onboarding and rollout phases
Enable repeatable, low-effort implementations through tooling, automation, and templates
Collaborate with consulting/field teams to ensure successful adoption
Lead and mentor a team across:
Frontend (planning UX, dashboards)
Backend (scenario engines, APIs)
Analytics (forecasting models, simulations)
Infrastructure (cloud, DevOps, environments)
Build a culture of ownership, innovation, and customer-centricity
