This role leads the Base Management team, with end-to-end ownership of the program strategy, KPIs, and marketing efforts across base retention, churn, lifecycle management, and cross-sell/upsell. Responsible for growing and retaining customers through the development of strategies, marketing and value propositions focused on rate plans, products, customer outcomes and services. It leads the creation of business cases and marketing plans that consider market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive factors. The role differentiates by leading a team and integrating cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive execution. Success is measured by customer retention, financial goal attainment, KPI performance, and effective market positioning. The work impacts organizational growth by aligning Base Management strategies with customer needs and market trends to maximize customer value and market potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop base strategy, initaitiaves and business case to achieve KPIs
- Prepare and implement annual business plans aligned with key Base strategies for retention, churn and add a line
- Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and market requirements to define positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, finance, and operations to ensure consistent execution
- Lead and provide coaching and direction to a team of segment marketing managers
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Preferred Work Experience:
- 7-10 years Marketing experience.
- 4-7 years B2B program strategy and campaign execution experience.
- 2-4 years People Management experience.
- 4-7 years Experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods, with a focus on Marketing, Product Management or Sales.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $145,920 - $263,280National Base Pay Range: $121,600 - $219,400
