Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Salesforce Go-to-Market Systems you have a deep background implementing Go-to-Market technical processes, enjoy managing Salesforce.com delivery teams, are comfortable collaborating with multiple business stakeholders, and balance competing priorities with ease. You will partner with our Business Technology, Revenue Operations, and Data teams to deliver critical Go-to-Market processes and automations. As a technical leader, you’ll motivate a high-performing team responsible for the design, development, configuration, testing and administration of Salesforce.com and related systems to deliver on strategic business objectives.

This position reports to the Director, GTM Systems and will be based in our Pune Office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  •  Hire, lead and coach a high functioning team of Salesforce.com administrators, developers, quality engineers, and system analysts, ensuring they have the knowledge, experience and skills necessary to support the business and grow professionally.
  • Manage the performance of the team, including promotions, compensation and performance improvement plans.
  • Keep up-to-date on Salesforce.com products and technologies, industry trends and software development best practices to drive continual improvement to Procore’s technology and processes.
  • In collaboration with stakeholders and project management, manage the delivery roadmap to ensure that our approaches meet the goals of the organization and are well defined, planned and executed.
  • Frequently interact with internal customers and functional peer managers to coordinate activities between functional areas, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage ambiguity and energize the team to stay focused on short-term and long-term goals while promoting a positive, high-performance, innovative and inclusive environment.
  • Take a hands-on approach to the entire software development lifecycle, working in an Agile environment where innovation and teamwork are pillars of success.


What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field with 3+ years of experience directly managing or supervising a technical team focused on Salesforce.com and related integrations.
  • 7+ years experience and strong working knowledge building Go-to-Market solutions with out-of-the-box Salesforce.com platform features and configurations, custom development, extensions, and integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and strong technical expertise with configuration/development on Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud(Salesforce CPQ). Development experience with any the following technologies is a strong plus: Salesforce CPQ - Advanced Approvals/Pricing/Bundling and Ironclad CLM, Advanced Currency, Docusign Integrations , Einstein, Experience Cloud, Certinia and Partner Relationship Management.
  • Passionate about motivating a cross-functional Salesforce product team of developers, administrators, quality engineers, and system analysts to deliver strategic business value.
  • Hands-on knowledge and understanding of DevOps tools and technologies such as GIT, Jenkins, and experience with Salesforce release, pipeline management, test automation, and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience leading teams in an Agile environment with Scrum and SAFe methodologies. 
  • Ability to develop a strong partnership with stakeholders across a variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize both your own and your team’s workload.
  • Training and certifications in Salesforce.com and Agile/Scrum are a plus.
