What You‘ll Do
• Lead China sales operations and execution processes to ensure alignment, operational discipline, and effective delivery of business priorities across channels and customers.
• Establish and manage clear operating cadences, performance reviews, and governance mechanisms that improve execution visibility, accountability, and responsiveness.
• Drive consistency and effectiveness in operational processes, reporting standards, and execution tracking across the commercial organization.
• Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting, operational tracking, and KPI visibility to support decision-making and business reviews.
Sales Planning & Business Integration
• Lead integration of key planning cycles including AOP, forecasting, S&OP, and long-range planning by aligning market demand signals, sales priorities, and operational requirements.
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Supply Chain, Finance, and Revenue Management to ensure business plans are actionable, aligned, and responsive to market realities.
• Support development of customer and channel plans by providing operational insights, performance visibility, and planning recommendations.
• Monitor business performance against targets and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and operational execution.
Sales Performance Management
• Establish clear performance tracking frameworks across channels and customers, ensuring visibility into sales targets, execution KPIs, and business performance drivers.
• Drive structured performance reviews and operational follow-up processes to improve accountability and execution consistency.
