Job Description:
The Sr. Manager Sales Finance leads & orchestrates key financial processes across all Sales Channels, including planning, forecasting, analytics, and governance of investments in Trade and Displays. This role provides cross-functional leadership and translates financial and market performance into actionable insights, influence commercial decisions, and drives profitable growth through disciplined management of trade investment, customer P&Ls, and key business priorities. This role partners closely with Sales, Sales Revenue Management (SRM), Supply Chain, Marketing, and senior Finance leadership to connect customer and channel performance to overall business results and ensure financial commitments are translated into clear actions. This role leads a high-performing team ensuring clear direction of evolving business priorities while maintaining team engagement and performance.
What are we looking for?
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related is required.
MBA, CPA, or Masters Degree preferred.
5+ years of related experience. Experience in CPG/Food/Beverage is preferred.
Experience in a large, global matrixed organization preferred.
What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?
Provide a consolidated channel perspective across the portfolio, connecting customer performance, channel trends, and broader business results.
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), bringing together financial performance, market insights, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions through key messages and aggregate outlook.
Lead period-close performance reviews and communicate key drivers, risks, and opportunities to Finance and commercial leadership.
Partner with Accounts Receivable and commercial teams to monitor collections, deductions, and overall AR performance.
Translate complex financial and business information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and trade-offs and lead the organization toward actions that deliver financial commitments.
Owns operational processes and leads internal and external insights package with executive summaries and partners with Channel Finance Leads on narrative.
Supports internal and external audits within scope of responsibility
Lead and develop Finance associates, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities to expand their strategic business-partnering capabilities.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
