Key Responsibilities

  • Production Leadership

    • Direct and manage daily production operations across robotics and AI camera assembly lines.

    • Establish and enforce production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase throughput.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance

    • Implement and monitor QA/QC standards for robotics and AI camera systems.

    • Ensure compliance with industry certifications, safety regulations, and international manufacturing standards.

    • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and maintain product reliability.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with R&D, engineering, and supply chain teams to align production with design and innovation goals.

    • Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing scalable production processes.

    • Provide executive-level reporting on production metrics, risks, and improvement strategies.

  • Team Development

    • Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

    • Build training programs to upskill teams in robotics assembly, AI integration, and advanced manufacturing practices.

  • Strategic Operations

  • Oversee vendor relationships and supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of components.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures for production facilities.

  • Champion automation and digital tools to modernize production workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Robotics, or related field).

  • 5+ years of experience in production management (preferably with experience in robotics, AI, or advanced electronics).

  • Proven track record of scaling production in high-tech manufacturing environments.

  • Strong knowledge of automation systems, robotics integration, and AI-enabled devices preferred.

  • Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000.
