This is a role within Chamberlain Group's Sales Operations function. This individual will need to develop and communicate a clear product strategy for the Partner Portal to deliver incremental revenue through usage, personalized product recommendations, and engagement in programs via the Partner Portal. Responsibilities include ownership of annual and multi-year strategic plans based on development of project roadmap that demonstrates achievement of CGs financial business objectives. Education requirements include: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Experience requirements include: 10+ years in Engineering, Marketing and/or Product Management. This job supervises Partner Web Strategy & Operations Manager, Portal Analytics Manager, and Sr. Designer.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy for the Partner Portal to deliver incremental revenue through usage, personalized product recommendations, and engagement in programs available via the Partner Portal
  • Establish the strategic three-year product roadmap for the Partner Portal that defines how CG will achieve incremental revenue and cost savings in each year in this channel
  • Create compelling business cases that demonstrate achievement of CGs financial business objectives for projects included in the annual and multi-year product roadmap to achieve organization alignment and financial backing of these projects
  • Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and track the success of implemented projects based on predetermined KPIs
  • Lead monthly business reviews with executive sponsors of the Partner Portal including CRO and CIO to demonstrate progress against vision, roadmap, and financial objectives
  • Champion user-centered design principles to continuously improve the user experience, conversion rates, and revenue generation within the partner portal; identify opportunities for optimization, A/B testing, and personalization
  • Possess a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, APIs, and integrations; collaborate with IT teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product enhancements
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
  • Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members
  • Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies
  • Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications
  • Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CG mission, vision and values.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years in Engineering, Marketing and/or Product Management
  • Experience in product management with a focus on ecommerce and digital platforms
  • Experience working in agile development environment
  • Experience in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement approaches
  • Strong written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively influence cross functional teams
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling ecommerce products
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision making, recommend and develop solutions
  • Strong project and time management skills; proven ability to manage multiple and competing task/priorities with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel 15% - domestically and internationally
  • Master's in Business Administration and prior experience managing a B2B or e-commerce website preferred
