Position Title: Sr. Manager, Process Improvement (M3)

Role
The Implementation Support Team leads Towers teams through improving and optimizing processes and systems within the business unit. The Sr. Manager, Process Improvement, will lead a team of Project Managers, Product Managers and Analysts who intake problems and improvement ideas, collaboratively determine the path to solution, and lead process owners and stakeholders through the improvement process.
This role leads the design and optimization of business processes within Sitetracker, driving efficiency and scalability across operations. The Sr. Manager, Process Improvement is responsible for overseeing large-scale migrations from legacy systems, including data mapping, validation, and workflow transformation, while ensuring minimal disruption to the business. The position partners cross-functionally to modernize and standardize processes, establish governance and best practices, and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement to enhance overall system performance and user adoption.
The Sr. Manager will frequently collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to ensure we are focused on driving results that align with the organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process design and optimization within Sitetracker to improve scalability, efficiency, and data integrity
- Drive large-scale migrations from legacy systems to Sitetracker, including requirements definition, data mapping, and validation
- Oversee transformation initiatives to modernize workflows and standardize processes across legacy and Sitetracker environments
- Partner cross-functionally to redesign business processes aligned with Sitetracker capabilities and organizational goals
- Establish best practices, governance, and continuous improvement frameworks for Sitetracker-based operations
- Identify and implement automation opportunities within Sitetracker to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Provide guidance and coaching on all aspects of activities led by the team, including directing any resulting changes impacting people, processes, and technology toward the desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure improvement projects are executed with the appropriate velocity and focus to achieve our goals and proactively addressing any blockers (e.g., resource constraints, lack of focus, etc.).
- Lead through escalations to senior leadership to resolve cross-functional issues related to improvement projects; clearly articulate the business case for alternative paths and ensure that resolutions are aligned to the value chain.

- Put customers and teammates first by designing Sitetracker-enabled processes that improve cycle time, quality, and user experience; and by incorporating feedback loops to continuously improve adoption and satisfaction.
- Own outcomes end-to-end by defining success metrics (e.g., data quality, throughput, SLA adherence), tracking benefits realization, and ensuring solutions scale beyond initial deployment.
- Develop and inspire teams by coaching, delegating effectively, building change leadership capability, and creating clarity in roles/responsibilities during large-scale transformation.
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Seven (7) or more years’ experience in process improvement and leading teams.
- Proven experience leading large-scale improvement projects, specifically working in Sitetracker.
- Excellent understanding of the Integrated Order to Order process (Towers) and cross-functional experience at Crown Castle preferred.
- Knowledge of and practice of the five project management process groups.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $132600 - $182300 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
