The primary mission of the position is to deliver Engineering and Application capabilities and products, implement differentiated technologies and support business operations to enable business growth. This role has accountability for systems responsible for the Retail Execution and Shopper Engagement areas within Kimberly Clark, as well as Strategy of both In-Market Execution & Revenue Growth Management areas. In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

B.S., B. A. degree. A master’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required. 10-12+ years of Professional experience in relevant areas and Proven experience leading Global IT delivery teams.

At least 5 years of experience implementing Retail Execution tools, including Sales Force automation and Distributor Management Systems such as: MC1, Pepperi, Accenture NewsPage, Salesforce CG Cloud and Stay In Front.
-
At least 3 years of experience leading Revenue Growth Management strategy and implementations across transactional and analytics solutions.

3 years of experience leading Sales analytics projects across platforms such as: MS SQL, SAP BW, SAP HANA, PowerBI, Azure and Snowflake. At least 3 years of experience leading projects using Agile Methodologies.

Proven experience in project delivery using DevOps best practices and tools.

Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
Main responsibilities:
-
40% of time spent on – Lead implementation of global In-Market Execution programs as part of Kimberly-Clark’s Commercial Transformation strategy.
-
25% of time spent on – Partner with Sales stakeholders across GGO and Segments to develop and maintain the IME & RGM strategy (process and technology aspects).
-
20% of time spent on – Lead implementation of innovative, efficient, and cost-effective regional solutions for the Field Sales, In Store Execution, Order Management (non-sap), and Shopper Engagement space to meet enterprise needs and to drive business growth and profitability as part of the Commercial Transformation.

10% of time spent on – Team management, hiring new resources, develop career paths for employees and managing the team’s budget

5% of time spent on – Ensure secure compliant stable operations, being accountable of avoiding risk and disruption in Field Sales operations, Order entry and fulfillment.

Scope:

Reporting: This position reports to the Sr. Director of Sales & Innovation.

Reportees: Directly or indirectly manages 20+ internal employees and 20-40 third-party resources depending on the complexity of the approved portfolio
-
Travel may include approximately 10-20 % of work time.

Global Application Delivery – Define, analyze, and deliver business initiatives in accordance with business and IT priorities and annual budgets.

Business- It Strategy - Promote and support the long-range IT systems plan consistent with business objectives. Support and facilitate the alignment of corporate DTS strategy to business strategies.

Information and Digital Technologies Leadership - Represent the face of IT to the customer. Identify technology opportunities which provide strategic/tactical advantages in planning, managing and conducting the business. Engage with key customers and other external business partners to deliver IT solutions in a high quality, globally conscience manner.

Build Talent – Promote and build global leaders, develop staff with the needed functional and technical skills required to meet K-C’s growing application portfolio and changing technology needs.
