We’re looking for a dynamic, data-driven leader to own the Amazon Media agenda across Unilever Beauty. This role leads strategy and performance for Nexxus and TRESemmé while managing a high-performing team responsible for SheaMoisture, Dove, and Vaseline. The ideal candidate brings both creative and commercial fluency—able to connect upper-funnel storytelling with retail conversion in one seamless growth system.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Amazon Media Strategy for Nexxus and TRESemmé—driving full-funnel plans that deliver awareness, conversion, and market share growth.
Manage and mentor the Amazon Media team, overseeing strategic alignment, performance optimization, and capability building across SheaMoisture, Dove, and Vaseline.
Own budget stewardship and investment planning to maximize efficiency and ROI across all Amazon brands.
Oversee performance measurement—partnering with analytics and retail media teams to translate insights into clear actions.
Scale excellence by developing playbooks, test frameworks, and shared learning systems across the portfolio.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Media, and eCommerce leads to connect media strategy with retail readiness, content, and search performance.
Engage directly with platforms (Amazon Ads, AMC, and agencies) to unlock innovation and maintain best-in-class execution.
About You
5+ years in performance marketing, retail media, or digital strategy—ideally with deep Amazon experience.
Proven track record leading teams and translating data into growth strategies.
Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders.
Passionate about the intersection of media, commerce, and creativity—and energized by building systems that scale performance across brands.
