POSITION SUMMARY

The world depends on data we power and cool™.  We are seeking a data savvy Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations to modernize the function to drive greater efficiency, executional excellence and measurable business impact across the Americas region. 

Supporting North America and Latin America marketing, this leader will oversee marketing automation, lead management, data and reporting, budget governance, workflow optimization and technology adoption. The role requires someone who can see the full operating system of marketing, identify where complexity is slowing the organization and translate business needs into scalable processes, actionable insights and stronger execution. 

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Eloqua, Oracle, and PowerBI with strong business acumen, financial discipline, and practical experience applying AI to improve how work gets done. This is a highly collaborative role partnering across regional and global marketing, sales, finance, IT and other business stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Budget management, including planning, forecasting, reconciliation, accruals, partnering with finance and procurement, and executive reporting. 
  • Administer and optimize Oracle Eloqua in a complex enterprise environment.  
  • Identify efficiencies and manage the marketing technology stack in driving strong opportunities and processes/programs that will drive leads and full funnel customer journeys. 
  • Modernize lead management across inbound marketing, business development and sales.  
  • Use AI or intelligent automation to improve workflows and business performance 
  • Manage the overall marketing lead funnel including lead scoring, roadmap & performance 
  • Move comfortably between strategic leadership and hands-on execution.   
  • Develop and manage marketing dashboards and reports to track key success metrics and ROI 
  • Collaborate and partner across regional and global marketing, sales, finance, IT and other business stakeholders.
  • Manages a small team of marketing and administrative professionals and contractors Business Administration

QUALIFICATIONS

  • ​​​​​A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience 
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or revenue operations with at least 4 years in a marketing operations role within a B2B technology organization 
  • Demonstrated experience with Eloqua, Oracle Sales Cloud and the integration of marketing automations, CRM and reporting processes. 
  • Proven success modernizing lead management across inbound marketing, business development and sales.  
  • Strong knowledge of multi-touch attribution, lead routing, nurturing, funnel governance and marketing to sales handoffs.  
  • 4+ years' experience working with Marketing automation and CRM systems within an administrative capacity (preferably Eloqua, and Oracle Sales Cloud) 
  • Experience partnering with multiple teams to deliver project results in a fast-paced environment 
  • Drive consistent Marketing operations across the US, Canada, and LATAM.  

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Experience supporting multiple regions or countries, ideally including both North America and Latan America.  
  • Experience partnering with global or corporate headquarters team on shared platforms, processes and governance 
  • Experience building or deploying AI agents or agentic workflows in marketing operations 
  • A collaborative mindset, highly responsive to internal team members and partners across the business 
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
