Position Overview
Autodesk’s Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance organization is seeking a Sr.Manager, Business Architecture to join our Business Planning & Performance Management (BP&PM) team to help redesign our financial planning and the performance management process and tools for our GTM organization. This is an exciting time to join the COO Finance organization and help progress our vision for the future of finance. We are modernizing our GTM finance organization to help support Autodesk’s journey to build the future Design & Make platforms for the delight of our global customers and their needs.The Sr. Manager of Business Architecture is the bridge between the business subject experts and the technology delivery teams. You will have a team leadership role in large-scale projects evolving our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) for our GTM organization as we innovate around business models and GTM strategy. This is a financial focused position that helps engineering teams deliver on scaled EPM capabilities and leads a digital transformation across the GTM finance organization.

Responsibilities
You will drive the vision, process design, and implementation of standardized driver-based financial planning processes & models to improve the accuracy and insights of Autodesk’s Top Line Forecasts, Annual Plans, and Long-Range Financial Plans to allow for better internal business management and investor guidance. In addition, you will drive KPI harmonization and financial tracking dashboard design, enabling quick actionable insights to business performance.
Partner with GTM finance teams to understand business planning and reporting needs. Reimagine planning and performance management process and dashboards
Work with corporate FP&A to integrate topline forecast into corporate models to guide company executive decisions and investor relations activities
Co-create, with technology teams, an agile and scalable EPM solution by redesigning processes for simplicity, agility, and adaptability to keep up with GTM innovation
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, industrial engineering, accounting or related field
Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in Analytics, Consulting or Strategic Finance; Deeply Analytical with Forecasting and Planning (e.g. S&OP) expertise; SAAS experience a clear advantage
Hands on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI and Qlik)
Experience in marketing initiatives & data analysis, especially digital marketing in an advantage
Experience with managing large data projects, hands on experience with scripting language is preferred (SQL, Python or R)
Experience with product management frameworks and process re-engineering: designing an optimal decision support process, defining a product strategy to enable it, translating into a roadmap, and enabling through technology projects preferred (e.g. Snowflake, Anaplan, SAP, Oracle)
Self-starter with strong leadership ability and managerial concepts and techniques in areas such as project/change management, idea creation, and cross-team effectiveness
Excellent listener, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
