Sr. Manager (m/f/d) - Wafer Sales Operations

Please note that this is a fixed-term position until December 31, 2026

This is your new job

• Act as the primary operational interface between Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing for wafer customers

• Collect, consolidate, and validate customer demand and forecasts

• Translate sales demand into capacity-feasible wafer supply plans

• Own order fulfillment from PO intake to shipment and invoicing

• Manage delivery commitments, backlog, and allocation during constrained supply

• Coordinate closely with internal fabs and/or external foundry partners

• Lead customer supply escalations and recovery plans

• Prepare operational and commercial reports on delivery, backlog, and revenue

• Continuously improve sales and supply chain processes and system usage

This is you

• 8+ years in semiconductor supply chain, sales operations, or foundry operations

• Strong understanding of wafer manufacturing and capacity planning

• Proven experience working with S&OP, demand planning, or allocation processes

• High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)

• Strong stakeholder management skills in high‑pressure environments

• Ability to balance customer expectations with operational realities
