Lead our Ontario logistics and warehouse operations, driving throughput, quality, and patient safety across a Philips-operated site while collaborating globally.
Your role:
Lead end-to-end warehousing, inbound receiving, storage, handling, and outbound transportation for the Ontario site, ensuring efficient execution in full compliance with quality, regulatory, sustainability, and trade requirements.
Lead a team of approximately 10 direct reports covering warehouse operations, assembly, shipping, and fulfillment, fostering a culture of Health and Safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partner with global and regional stakeholders across Business Units, manufacturing, and quality to align field inventory strategies, capacity planning, and logistics performance with commercial demand.
Drive process optimization, automation, and cost-savings initiatives to advance operational excellence and LEAN maturity.
Serve as the subject matter expert on logistics and transportation for senior leadership, guiding vendor selection, supplier partnerships, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management to deliver measurable results.

You've acquired 7+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Operations, or Physical Distribution, including direct people leadership of warehouse and transport teams.
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or equivalent.
Your skills include Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), data analysis, and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) management; basic exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and Spanish language proficiency are strong pluses.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Ontario, CA is $120,000 to $191,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
