Your role at Clorox:

The Logistics Business Insights Sr. Manager is a strategic and operational leader within the Logistics Excellence team, accountable for converting data into actionable insights that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role enables proactive, data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, automation, and a future-ready digital backbone, while influencing the data foundations required to scale technology, AI, and operational excellence. This role also owns the development of the Logistics Insights roadmap, partners with Logistics leadership to define and enable future-state digital capabilities, and leads the Logistics Insights team to build analytical capabilities across the organization. Success in this position is defined by driving improvements in service levels, cost, and capacity agility, achieved through advanced analytics, reporting excellence, and digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will:

Define Logistics Insights Roadmap and Lead Logistics Team
  • Own the Logistics Insights roadmap, aligning analytics, reporting, automation, and digital capability investments to business priorities and logistics strategy
  • Partner with Logistics leadership to define future-state digital capabilities, translate strategic needs into actionable initiatives, and guide capability development priorities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Logistics Insights team, setting clear priorities, building capability, and fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage team capacity, priorities, and talent development to ensure delivery of the Logistics Insights roadmap and evolving business needs.
  • Create strong cross-functional alignment and clarity of roles, ensuring the team operates as a strategic partner to Logistics leadership across Towers and broader Enterprise analytics teams
Unlock Proactive, Data-Driven Decision-Making For Logistics
  • Enable proactive, insight-led decision-making through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and automated insights that anticipate risk and surface opportunity.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives that guide logistics, customer, and enterprise decision-making.
  • Develop signal-sensing analytics (demand, capacity, service, cost, and external signals) to accelerate time-to-decision and improve responsiveness.
  • Build digital acumen and analytics fluency across the logistics organization through coaching, mentoring, and enablement.
Deploy Digital Technologies to Drive Operational Excellence
  • Lead deployment and adoption of analytics platforms, automation, and AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency, scalability, and execution rigor across logistics operations.
  • Partner with Operations, IT, and external vendors to embed digital and analytical solutions into daily logistics workflows.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value use cases for automation and advanced analytics that deliver measurable service, cost, and productivity improvements.
Build a Future-Ready Digital Backbone and Data Foundation
  • Influence the logistics data foundation, ensuring data quality, governance, and architecture that support scalable analytics, AI, and automation.
  • Establish clear data stewardship, reporting ownership, and standards to enable trusted visibility, insight, and process automation.
  • Design enterprise-ready reporting and analytics solutions that evolve with business needs and strategic priorities.
Integrate Advanced Analytics, AI, and Automation into Logistics Processes
  • Leverage AI and ML-enabled analytics and automation to reduce manual effort, standardize decisions, and elevate logistics performance.
  • Embed automation into repeatable processes such as exception management, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis.
  • Track and communicate realized value from digital initiatives through KPIs aligned to logistics strategy outcomes.
  • Serve as a thought leader for advanced analytics, automation, and data-driven operations within Logistics.

What we look for:

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, statistics, analytics, mathematics, or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
  • 7+ years in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field with a focus on digital transformation and process improvement.
  • Experience designing or deploying AI‑, machine learning‑, and automation‑based applications in the logistics space to enable proactive decision‑making and operational excellence
  • Proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Denodo, Azure Databricks, and Copilot 365/Studio tools.
  • Demonstrated understanding of data stewardship, report ownership, and report stewardship responsibilities including data quality, compliance, and access management.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong project management skills that deliver multiple projects on time
  • People leadership experience, including coaching, team development, and setting clear priorities
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Leadership experience in driving transformation, coaching, and mentoring teams.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.


–Zone A: $131,200 - $258,500

–Zone B: $120,300 - $237,000

–Zone C: $109,400 - $215,500
