About the Role
In this opportunity as Sr Manager Legal BRA Marketing you will:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for promoting legal products within the Brazilian market.
- Identify key trends & opportunities within the legal sector which can drive revenue growth.
- Manage product launches by coordinating cross functional teams including sales & operations.
- Ensure best practices are followed throughout all stages of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of marketing staff members ensuring they meet agreed upon goals & objectives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions & generate creative ideas to increase brand awareness among potential customers.
- Analyze data related to customer behavior & preferences to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Maintain regular dialogue with stakeholders regarding updates on projects progress & status reports.
- Monitor performance metrics & adjust strategies accordingly.
- Continuously stay up-to-date on latest developments within legal field & incorporate new knowledge into marketing plans
About You
You are a fit for the role of Sr Manager Legal BRA Marketing if your background includes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent area required; Master's preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience leading successful marketing campaigns within legal industry.
- Strong understanding of legal business models & their needs/requirements.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint & Excel.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising on quality standards.
- Fluency in English & Portuguese languages preferred.
- Experience managing small teams would be advantageous.
- Experience in implementing best practice methodologies and process improvements will be highly valued.
