Senior Manager IT: Technical Service & Operations, IT Pre-Production Applications & Enterprise Application Services:
Job Description:
Act as single point of contact for all Engineering IT Operations for Adient worldwide Accountable for Operations SLA, Servers and application up-times, maintenance, smoke testing, performance 24x7 including BCP, Capacity planning and anything that needs Servers and System support for global operations Closely work with Engineering, Enterprise IT, Security , OEMs, Suppliers and IT Development team and ensure value proposition to business is met all times in an agile manner. Taking complete ownership in resolving issues/escalations in consultation with cross-function teams and stakeholders Support and develop Strategic Priorities in alignment with global teams. Plan and execute initiatives as aligned to IT and aligned business goals. Driving innovation, creating growth ideas relevant to Engineering capabilities that add value to business. Support develop product engagement roadmap for the IT and business collaborating with the Architects, Suppliers and Development team. Engage with teams and global stakeholders for Team and Individual Development. Collaborate with HR on Compensation Planning and rewards and recognition Mentor / coach / guide team members and driving effective people practices for high performance Foster good relationships with supplier partners and ensuring all deliverables exceed expectations Role modelling Adient Cultures and Values and Ethical standards Manage Budget, Team deliveries and monthly time or deliverable approval management and YoY efficiencies in addition to value additions
Required Experience:
Engineering degree with 15 plus years of experience in Engineering/IT; exposure to product development through all stages of the project life cycle. Experience at Senior Manager or equivalent level in managing large, globally diverse, cross functional teams Strong knowledge and experience in support and service management. Proven track record of successful senior level cross functional experience Strong program management, process management, technology & strategy management skills experienced technical manager of development engineering. Excellent executive communication and leadership skills Curious, Fair, Empathetic, Highly collaborative, Out-of -the box thinker, Innovative, Problem Solver, Self-Driven, Servant Leader with Customer First mindset.
Optional Experience:
Experience in Middleware technologies, Teamcenter/Catia/NX, Full-stack and Rapid Application Development tools, Cloud Technologies, Database, Networking, Monitoring tools, Splunk, Manage engine, Data visualization tools will be a big plus
