Job Description:
What You'll Do

  • Responsible for supervising IT audit teams on operational audit reviews. Provides the strategic direction for audits and manages them to completion. Supports team with client interviews, review of business processes, identifying controls, testing controls, developing findings, communicating results to the business, and the development of follow up action plans.
  • Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.
  • Identify emerging risks and continuous monitoring items to ensure audit coverage.


How You'll Do It

  • Manages the execution of audits. Ensures the identification and assessment of business risks and controls. Produces findings and reports.
  • Manages the development of the team. Manages the on-boarding and training of new staff. Identifies and address staff training and development needs.
  • Manages audit finding verifications.


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration or Management, Finance, Information Technology, Analytics or related.
  • 8+ years of Applied Science, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business ore related field, Computer Science, Data Science or related
  • 2+ years of people management or related experience

  • Primarily remain in a stationary position.

  • Ability to operate office equipment such as but not limited to computer, telephone, printer, and calculator.
  • Ability to communicate verbally.; Ability to communicate in written form.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Masters Degree in Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration or Management, Finance, Information Technology, Analytics Preferred.
  • Business, Six Sigma, Risk, STEM or related certifications preferred.
  • Subject matter expert in one of the follow areas (cloud computing, cybersecurity, data governance, business application controls)
  • 6+ years' experience in IT audit roles
  • Applying IT and Cybersecurity control frameworks including CIS 18, NIST, COBIT, ISO 2700
  • Have CIA, CISA, CISM, or CISSP or similar certification

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
