Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage global IT infrastructure teams, including network, server, storage, and cloud operations.
- Execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and IT service management best practices.
- Ensure standardization of solutions across the organization
- Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of all infrastructure components.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and proactive maintenance.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, application, and service management teams to ensure cohesive IT operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Participate in budgeting and cost control for infrastructure initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentoring for infrastructure team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing global infrastructure environments (on-prem, cloud, hybrid).
- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, VmWare, SAN configuration).
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and project initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications Microsoft .
- Experience with infrastructure automation and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
- Background in Manufacturing
