What You'll Do for Us:

Providing strategic direction and architectural insight into the design and enhancement of the company's IT systems (hardware, software, integration, and network).

Planning, designing, and developing robust technology solutions that address the needs of the business while compliant with the enterprise architecture standards.

Leading initiatives for systems integration, ensuring compatibility across multiple platforms, and championing best practices in software and hardware selection.

Addressing complex technical problems with innovative solutions, while maintaining alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.

Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, ensuring marketing and consumer data are managed and utilized effectively, particularly within the intricacies of the China market.

Overseeing data architecture for marketing, ensuring scalable and compliant pipelines that integrate seamlessly with various activation channels.

Mentor and guide both managers and team members, fostering an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
Requirements & Qualifications:
-
A University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Math, or a related field.
-
10+ years of experience in Integration platforms such as AIS, SAP CPI, data engineering, ideally within large organizations, with exposure to the CPG industry being advantageous.

Proficiency in Big Data Technologies (Azure preferred) and experience in constructing data pipelines and architecture for marketing and consumer data.

Strong database acumen, proficiency in data analysis languages (Python, PySpark, Java, Scala) and experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.

Proven experience in implementing data governance and security measures.

A creative problem-solving approach, the ability to lead cross-cultural teams, and a strong belief in Coca-Cola's organizational values.

Extensive experience with full life cycle implementation and support experience on SAP CPI. Experience in PI/PO is advantage.

Extensive experience with SAP S4 HANA and 3rd party systems.

Created custom integration flows based on requirements - implemented Cloud to on premise, Cloud to Cloud Integrations

Implemented sequential and parallel multicasting for connecting multiple systems.

Used Message Mapping and Content Modifier for transformations

Used JSON and XML conversions, content modifier, Local integration process, exception sub process, encoding etc.

Pay Range:
$138,200 - $161,500
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
