Job Description
- Develop senior relationships with UAE and Saudi government, defense, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with local industry, academia, and sovereign entities.
- Create revenue-generating localization and industrial participation programmes aligned with Teledyne technologies.
- Integrate localization strategies into captures, bids, and major procurement opportunities.
- Structure commercial models, governance frameworks, and funding approaches for complex initiatives.
- Lead execution of programmes including technology transfer, applied research, capability development, and production localization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities tied to national programmes and long-term initiatives.
- Develop local innovation, supplier, and talent ecosystems that support long-term growth.
- Track programme performance, compliance, localization metrics, and business outcomes.
- Required: Ability to build influence with senior government, sovereign, and industry stakeholders.

- Required: Experience structuring complex multi-party commercial arrangements and programmes.
- Required: 10+ years of experience in defense, aerospace, industrial participation, or strategic business development within the Middle East.
