Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Human Resources serves as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisor to the Comcast Business Sales organization, driving alignment between people strategies and business objectives. This role provides oversight and leadership across all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, compensation, and benefits.
As a senior HR partner, the Sr. Manager is responsible for shaping workforce strategies that enable growth, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance employee engagement. This position plays a critical role in influencing leadership decisions, guiding organizational change, and ensuring operational excellence through process optimization and policy development. Additionally, the Sr. Manager leads initiatives related to workforce planning, succession management, and budget forecasting, while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Counsels, orientates and trains managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies. Administers Human Resources policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.

  • Oversees, handles and manages Employee Relations issues. Assists with employee counseling, discipline and grievance handling.

  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.

  • Manages direct reports. Ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and it's employees.

  • Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.

  • Administers compensation programs and assists in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $123,301.89 - $184,952.84

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
