About the Position
Kraft Heinz Mexico is seeking a talented HR Business Partner to lead the development and execution of HR agenda by creating unified approach to People and Performance Practices. In collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders, implement HR strategies to enhance our workforce, improve our organization's design, provide change leadership, and oversee talent management and daily operations.
Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives to lead the development and implementation of performance management processes, while coaching managers and employees for high performance.
  • Provide guidance and expertise in change management to facilitate a smooth transition and adaptation of HR processes.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Foster a vibrant startup culture through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations, and promoting a diverse, inclusive and positive workplace.
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify data-driven insights and trends for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of HR business partner experience, with a proven track record in HR support for large-scale organizational changes
  • Highly results-oriented, exceptional execution, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, coupled with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on organization, prioritization, and meeting deadlines. Experience successfully managing projects and program.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relations at all levels of the organization and maintain a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders effectively and convey credibility to challenge business decisions when necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Proficient in analyzing human capital data, HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • English highly proficiency.
