The Opportunity

As Sr. Manager of Global Travel & Corporate Card Services, you'll drive innovation and operational excellence across a 30-country program, partnering closely with senior leadership to keep FICO's travel and card services sophisticated, scalable, and competitive. This is a unique opportunity to blend supplier strategy, technology evaluation, and cross-functional relationship-building into a role that directly shapes the employee experience worldwide.

What You’ll Contribute

  • Execute global travel and card strategy aligned with FICO's business priorities, establishing and continuously refining KPIs to measure program effectiveness, cost efficiency, and traveler satisfaction, while evolving the framework to drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Measure and enhance the end-to-end travel experience, identifying and resolving pain points, and develop effective communications to influence traveler behavior and drive program adoption.
  • Oversee global Travel Management Company (TMC) and Corporate Card operations, managing preferred supplier relationships and leading sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and ongoing performance management to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Evolve global travel and card policies to reflect business priorities, market conditions, and compliance requirements, and drive policy adherence through education, communication, and system optimization.
  • Identify, develop, and deliver cost savings initiatives and value capture opportunities, analyzing spend data to inform strategic decisions, build business cases, and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Optimize travel booking tools and card platforms to improve usability, compliance, and reporting.
  • Ensure robust travel risk management protocols and duty-of-care practices are in place, partnering with Security, HR, and Risk teams to support traveler safety and crisis response.
  • Build strong partnerships across Procurement, Finance, AP, Internal Audit, HR, Legal, Marketing, Physical Security, Risk, and Executive Administration, with a proven ability to partner closely with C-Suite and executive teams.
  • Challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, staying informed on industry trends through external networks, events, and partnerships.

What We’re Seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in corporate travel with strong preference for managing a company travel program.
  • Understanding of travel booking tool functionality, capabilities and site messaging.
  • Understanding of corporate card programs and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated contract sourcing and agreement experience for travel and card services and suppliers.
  • Experience working and partnering within diverse global cultures and regions to drive local programs and processes within a global framework.
  • Customer Service and Team Building: Has a customer focused mindset; gains support and trust from all levels of the organization, with minimal supervision.
  • Deep understanding of critical travel KPI’s and associated metrics with the ability to report out to all levels up to and including C-suite.
  • Experience challenging the status quo by developing business cases for change through business acumen, market intelligence and insights to drive strategic impact across the organization.
  • Communicates effectively and frequently, listens carefully, and actively seeks and values the perspectives of others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and other related AI tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.
