JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global I&O leader to drive McCain's strategic business programs such as M&A Integrations, Divestitures, Greenfields and Brownfield manufacturing setups at global scale.
You will be responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and ensuring that business commitments are delivered on time, within budget while meeting technology standards. You will manage a cross functional SMEs/teams for deploying applications, network, cloud, IT/OT infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, modern workplace solutions, user devices to name a few. Your technical expertise in M&A, Divestitures, Greenfields, Brownfields management, cohesive engagement with global leadership, and agile delivery is crucial for the success of McCain's growth plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Develop a privileged relationship with business stakeholders, global technology and I&O organization. • Take full accountability for I&O work packages that are required to support successful global projects such as M&A Integrations, Greenfields, Brownfields, Cloud Transformations and Future of Work. Lead and oversee future projects supporting the Business, Technology, and I&O strategies.• Develop a comprehensive strategy and M&A Integration Playbooks for global infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions deployment, aligning with business objectives and future growth initiatives. • Drive senior leadership engagement with clear action plan to deliver business outcomes. Manage the expectations with well-articulated presentations, conversations and strong project governance model.• Conduct due diligence assessments of target companies' IT infrastructure, applications, and processes to identify risks, opportunities, and integration requirements.• Lead the integration/deployment of applications, network, cloud infrastructure, Edge, IT/OT, cybersecurity, modern workplace, and user devices across multiple global locations. Ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and stakeholders' satisfaction. Monitor the progress and report periodically. Identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulations and standards.• Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize costs while maintaining quality. Maintain the relationship with strategic IT vendors.• Develop and implement systemic change management strategies and communication plans. Facilitate communication, alignment, and decision-making throughout the integration/deployment process.• Conduct post-implementation reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of Infrastructure projects, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.• Lead the transformation of the current team of I&O Deployment Specialists into a mature strategic project delivery team with the necessary agile capabilities, revitalizing for enhanced performance, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.• Stay abreast of the latest technology trends. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to fast-track realization of M&A values.
KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, with a proven track record of leading complex M&A Integrations, Divestiture, and Greenfield/Brownfield setups in a large global manufacturing / FMCG company.• Hands on M&A processes, methodologies, and best practices, with specific expertise in IT due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, Integration execution and Post integration evaluations.• Experience in network infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, IT/OT, cybersecurity solutions, modern workplace solutions, and user devices.• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.• Excellent agile project management skills, with the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources to meet objectives and deliverables. Proficiency in Azure DevOps/Jira tools are highly desirable.
