Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Platform Enablement / DevOps Engineer to lead the design, scalability, reliability, and evolution of our enterprise developer platform and cloud-native delivery ecosystem.
This role combines deep technical expertise with platform strategy, operational leadership, and engineering enablement. You will help define standards, modernize deployment practices, improve developer experience, and drive platform reliability across multi-cloud environments.
The ideal candidate has strong experience building enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms, Kubernetes ecosystems, Infrastructure as Code, observability solutions, and developer enablement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, build, and evolve scalable platform engineering and DevOps solutions for enterprise engineering teams.
  • Lead the design and implementation of modern CI/CD and GitOps workflows using Jenkins, Kargo, ArgoCD, GitHub, and related tooling.
  • Drive platform standardization, automation, reliability, and self-service engineering capabilities.
  • Design and manage scalable Infrastructure as Code frameworks using Terraform and Terraform Enterprise.
  • Lead Kubernetes platform architecture, Helm-based deployments, and container orchestration best practices.
  • Establish observability standards and operational excellence using Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and related tooling.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, cloud, and architecture teams to improve platform capabilities and developer workflows.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to platform engineering best practices, governance, and technical strategy.
  • Lead incident response, reliability improvements, root cause analysis, and operational maturity initiatives.
  • Improve platform security, scalability, resiliency, and deployment efficiency across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tooling, and automation opportunities aligned with platform engineering goals.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8–12 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong expertise in designing and operating enterprise-scale CI/CD and cloud-native platforms.
  • Deep hands-on experience with:
    • Jenkins
    • Kargo / ArgoCD
    • GitHub Enterprise
    • Terraform / Terraform Enterprise
    • Kubernetes & Helm
    • Docker
  • Strong experience with multi-cloud infrastructure:
    • AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • Strong understanding of observability ecosystems including:
    • Grafana
    • Loki
    • Prometheus
    • OpenTelemetry tooling
  • Strong scripting/programming experience with Python, Kotlin, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Experience with build and dependency tooling such as Gradle, Poetry, and UV.
  • Strong understanding of Linux internals, networking, distributed systems, and platform reliability engineering.
  • Experience driving platform modernization and developer enablement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building internal developer platforms (IDP) at enterprise scale.
  • Experience with platform governance, security, secrets management, and compliance integration.
  • Exposure to event-driven platform architectures and scalable distributed systems.
  • Experience mentoring teams and influencing engineering standards across organizations.
  • Knowledge of modern platform engineering trends, GitOps practices, and cloud-native ecosystems.

  • 5+ years in engineering management or technical leadership
