The Job:
As a Sr. Engineering Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop BMS electronic module that align with market demands and Stanley black and Decker’s strategy. This role requires a blend of technical leadership to transform ideas into successful commercial solutions.
You'll Get To:
- Partnering with global product managers to identify technical solutions, plan resource and project timeline for new product development.
- Create and influence technical product strategy and roadmaps for assigned category or portfolio.
- Set target deliverables, review status, hold the team accountable and help remove roadblocks.
- Drive teams to deliver complex and/or multiple/concurrent projects of an increasing degree of technical complexity and challenges to meet business goals.
- Monitor and make recommendations on engineering resource planning for short and long-term projects.
- Identify ongoing training requirements, and ensure entire department fulfills expectations.
- Drive local talent development to include performance management, individual and team development, and high engagement across teams.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated and recognized expertise in technical discipline or process in Lithium battery management electronic circuit development.
- Proven ability to professionally present information and translate technical knowledge to a variety of audiences.
- Proven leadership skills, with ability to motivate, empower and drive engagement.
- Experience successfully communicating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization both locally and globally
- Demonstrated business acumen including accounting, finance, business planning and risk management.

- At least bachelor’s degree in engineering in electronics, or electrical, or automation. MBA or PMP a plus.
- 10+ years’ experience of electronic product (BMS, BLDC motor control, SMPS etc.) development field.
- 5+ years’ experience of BMS circuit development field.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of significant performance improvement is required.
- Fluent Oral English is a must.
