The Sr. Manager, Demand Planner & Revenue Operations is part of the North America Region Integrated Supply Chain team and is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand and revenue forecasts for Hospital Patient Monitoring - Consumables business in the North America Region (NAR), leveraging both historical data and predictive analytics to enhance precision and support strategic planning.
Your role:
Leads the development of Consumables demand forecasts using statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and market insights to develop high-quality demand forecasts, optimize decision-making and resource allocation.
Develops and refines advanced revenue forecasting models for Consumables, integrating complex variables such as market trends, sales funnel dynamics, and historical data to enhance forecast precision and support strategic planning efforts, working under limited supervision. Works closely with sales leadership to ensure that the Consumables sales pipeline is accurately reflected in revenue forecasts, providing real-time updates and analysis on sales progress and its impact on revenue goals while aligning as input to scenario plans.
Partners with finance and supply chain teams to ensure that Consumables plans are aligned with budget, inventory, and service level objectives while guiding cross-departmental collaboration within these functions to align revenue targets with resource planning, ensuring that all functions are synchronized towards achieving company revenue goals.
Utilizes sophisticated analytics tools and methodologies to conduct deep dives into revenue data, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth or optimization. Ensures the implementation of demand planning and revenue operations software and tools such as o9, to optimize forecasting accuracy and efficiency by integrating appropriate systems and configuring software to meet business needs.
Leads comprehensive risk assessments with scenario planning and stress testing to anticipate future challenges, evaluates and deploys advanced technologies to enhance risk detection and management. Monitors and evaluates revenue risks and potential disruptions, working proactively with stakeholders to develop contingency plans and mitigate impacts on revenue streams.

You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years of experience with a Master’s in areas such as demand planning, revenue operations, supply chain management or equivalent. Experiencing using o9 software is preferred.
Your skills include supply chain management, enterprise resource planning systems, inventory management system, continuous improvement, demand forecasting, business acumen, scenario planning and analysis, strategic planning, supply chain planning, purchase order management, vendor and material management, KPI management, people management and strategy development
You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in TN and PA is $114,000 to $182,000
The pay range for this position in MA is $128,000 to $204,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
