Years
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Manager –
Data Services with 12–15 years of experience in Data Management,
Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, GenAI and Agentic AI. The role will
lead client consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales and delivery of
enterprise-scale Data & AI transformation initiatives.
- Lead Data
& AI strategy, consulting and solutioning for enterprise
customers.
- Design
end-to-end solutions across Data Management, Data Modernization, Data
Governance, Data Quality, Data Products and Analytics.
- Develop GenAI
and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, vector
databases, knowledge graphs, semantic layers and MCP.
- Define AI-ready
data architectures integrating structured, semi-structured and
unstructured data.
- Lead
development of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, SOWs, solution estimates,
architecture and transformation roadmaps.
- Conduct
client workshops and present solutions to senior business and
technology stakeholders.
- Identify
and develop new Data & AI opportunities, accelerators and reusable
IP.
- Provide
technical leadership across implementation teams and ensure solution
quality, scalability and business value.
- Stay
current with emerging technologies across GenAI, Agentic AI, Data
Products, Ontology, Knowledge Graphs and AI Governance.
- Data & Cloud:
Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, Metadata, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, Data Products, Data Mesh/Fabric; Snowflake, Databricks, Azure/AWS/GCP, Spark, Kafka, SQL, Python. - GenAI & Agentic AI:
LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Architecture, LangChain/LangGraph, MCP and AI Governance. - Semantic & Knowledge:
Semantic Models, Ontology, Knowledge Graphs, RDF/Property Graphs, Neo4j/Stardog, Semantic Layers. - Consulting & Leadership:
Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, RFP/RFI, Client Management, Executive Presentations, Program Leadership and Business Case/ROI Development.
- Bachelor's/Master's
degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science or related
discipline.
- 12–15
years of experience in Data & Analytics / Data Management /
Data Engineering / Digital Transformation.
- Proven
experience in client-facing consulting and enterprise solution
architecture.
- Strong
experience in GenAI/Agentic AI initiatives and Data & AI
transformation.
- Cloud/Data/AI
certifications are an advantage.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
- 12-15 years of experience in Data and Analytics, Data Management, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation
- Experience in client-facing consulting and enterprise solution architecture
- Strong experience leading GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives and Data and AI transformation
- Experience with data architecture, governance, quality, MDM, metadata, catalogs, lineage, data products, and cloud data platforms
- Experience with GenAI technologies including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, LangChain or LangGraph, MCP, and AI governance
- Experience developing RFP/RFI responses, proposals, SOWs, solution estimates, and transformation roadmaps
- Cloud, data, or AI certifications
