    Key Responsibilities

    • Build lasting business relationships based on trust and confidence
    • Demonstrate leadership by providing and showing a problem-solving mindset with direct reports
    • Support customer sales team and other internal stakeholders with fact based selling stories
    • Provide category and market share trends, along with forward-looking forecasting
    • Effective data visualization and confident presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders
    • Leverage multiple data and industry sources to monitor category, shopper, and competitive trends


    What you will bring
    A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:

    • Experience in using retailer / customer data, shopper insights and analytics to develop compelling retail customer plans ideally in the FMCG/CPG industry
    • High proficiency in base business tools (Excel/PowerPoint), with expertise in data modelling with data visualization tools (experience with Tableau is a must)
    • In-depth knowledge in analyzing and creating visualizations of large amounts of data
    • Experience in presenting to retailer teams, and in negotiation planning/joint business planning
    • Strong knowledge and usage of market segmentation models
    • Proven track record in persuasively influencing and aligning key customers and business stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization
    • Able to partner well with marketing, sales and external agencies

    • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • Minimum: 7-10 years in Shopper Insights, Category Management, or CPG Sales Analytics
    • Experience leading & developing direct reports
    • Demonstrate use case w/ Luminate Channel Performance Scan & Shopper Behavior Panel data
    • Demonstrate use case w/Nielsen or Circana Syndicated Scan & Panel
    • Demonstrate problem-solving skillset/mindset to answer ambiguous business questions
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with prioritizing multiple deliverables & overlapping deadlines, and strong interpersonal skills to manage expectations


    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,900 - 179,950 ; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
