The Culture Marketing team is dedicated to increasing brand relevance by running programs that encourage creativity in communities centered on music, dance, art, and social innovation.
The Culture Marketing Manager will help develop and lead the execution of culture-focused marketing initiatives within their region. By leveraging events, artists, and influencers, the Manager will strengthen local and regional brand affinity while staying aligned with global strategies.
This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing projects that build strong connections between the brand and the creative community, and it reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
Job DescriptionPLANNING & COLLABORATION
Identify regional opportunities in culture marketing and contribute to business planning.
Lead or support the development and implementation of regional marketing activations, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy.
Serve as the expert on local cultural trends, with a deep understanding of what is relevant to local communities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, event logistics, media network, field marketing) to ensure seamless execution of events.
Assist in developing creative concepts and communication tools to engage stakeholders effectively.
EVENTS & PROJECTS
Oversee and support the execution of the annual Culture Marketing business plan, including both Red Bull–branded and third-party events.
Ensure that all events are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand standards.
Take part in project kick-offs, post-event evaluations, and recap meetings to define, measure, and assess success.
Collaborate with the Brand, Media Network, and Partnerships teams to identify opportunities to amplify events and related projects.
Develop and implement below-the-line marketing strategies to support overall event objectives.
ARTISTS & INFLUENCERS
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local artists, opinion leaders, and influencers to strengthen brand presence and encourage product trials.
Identify locally relevant artist stories and cultural moments that align with the brand’s values.
Build and nurture a robust network within the local cultural scene to stay informed about emerging trends and key figures.
PEOPLE & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Lead or assist with resource management to ensure the successful delivery of all projects, events, and marketing initiatives.
Manage the budget for regional cultural marketing programs, ensuring cost efficiency and a strong return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in marketing, with an emphasis on lifestyle, experiential, and culture-focused initiatives.
Strong grasp of both traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience producing events for live music and other culture-related programming.
Proven track record of managing projects from initial concept through execution, including full budget oversight.
Solid understanding of regional and national cultural trends and scenes.
Demonstrated affinity for and working knowledge of hip-hop, electronic, country, and Latin music cultures, with an understanding of how these scenes show up regionally and culturally.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in creative, fast-paced environments and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Additional InformationThis position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $85,360 - 128,040 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
