The Franchise Development Sr. Manager, Content and Social Media  

drives impactful content strategies to support demand generation programs. This role is responsible for creating and distributing engaging content, analyzing marketing data, leveraging emerging technologies, and optimizing lead generation efforts. The Sr. Manager collaborates closely with franchise stakeholders to continuously improve lead pipeline outcomes. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

The Sr. Manager, Content and Social Media for the Franchise Development Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing content and social marketing strategies that drive interest in franchising opportunities across our diverse home services brands. This role will lead content creation and campaigns, utilizing both digital and traditional marketing tactics to attract potential franchise owners and grow the franchise pipeline. The Sr. Manager will work across various marketing channels to support franchise growth and drive engagement with target audiences. 

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Lead content strategy for demand generation programs, including creating, sourcing, editing, and publishing engaging content (written, video, imagery) across channels to drive leads and conversions. 
  • Collaboration & Storytelling: Partner with Franchise Development leaders to craft compelling narratives aligned with team objectives and strategic priorities. 
  • Social Media Leadership: Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy, targeting the right audiences across relevant platforms to meet engagement and lead-generation goals. 
  • Content Calendar & Metrics: Manage a detailed content calendar with monthly KPIs and objectives. Regularly review analytics, generate reports, and use insights to optimize content performance. 
  • Lead Generation Optimization: Work with vendors and internal teams to optimize lead flow through campaigns and CRM integration. 
  • Cross-Brand & Campaign Support: Assist in executing cross-brand marketing initiatives and prioritize content/materials for campaigns based on impact and urgency. 
  • Technology & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies to enhance content creation, distribution, and performance tracking. 
  • Project and Vendor Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery while maintaining strong organizational and communication standards. 
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for repeatable workflows and processes across teams. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize marketing tactics, and drive measurable results. 
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

  • Proven experience in content strategy, creation, and distribution with measurable outcomes. 
  • Strong writing and graphic design skills, able to transform ideas into engaging content. 
  • Experience targeting audiences and creating tailored marketing campaigns. 
  • Skilled in creating social media content that aligns with brand voice and drives engagement. 
  • Expertise in social media platforms and strategies for increasing engagement. 
  • Mastery of SEO and improving web content rankings. 
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. 
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. 
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners. 
  • High computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Office Products, incl. Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Be able to lift - up to 25 pounds. 

Education & Experience: 

Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising and/or communications; must include social media management experience
