Summary:
Senior Manager, Communications Project Management is responsible for leading day‑to‑day project management and operational execution across the Communications organization, including Internal Communications, Content Operations, External Communications, and Events. This role ensures high‑priority communications initiatives are delivered on time, in scope, and aligned to enterprise priorities through disciplined planning, governance, and cross‑functional coordination.
As the operational lead for Communications, this role translates strategy into executable plans, proactively manages risk and dependencies, and provides clear, executive‑ready visibility into status, tradeoffs, and outcomes. The Sr. Manager partners closely with Communications leadership, Marketing Operations, and enterprise stakeholders to drive consistency, speed, and quality across communications delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the Communications PMO operating model, including intake, prioritization, planning, and execution standards across all communications workstreams.
- Own end‑to‑end project management for complex, cross‑functional communications initiatives, including enterprise moments, executive communications, major announcements, thought leadership programs, and integrated campaigns.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans that clearly define scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, and critical path.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and resourcing conflicts; drive mitigation plans and escalate with clear options and recommendations.
- Establish and reinforce governance routines, operating cadence, and execution discipline to ensure clarity of roles, timelines, and decision‑making.
- Partner closely with Communications leaders, Marketing Operations, GTM PMO, DX & Media PMO, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders to align sequencing, messaging, and delivery.
- Provide concise, executive‑ready reporting on status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Lead sprint ceremonies, stand‑ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives as appropriate to Communications workflows.
- Design and continuously improve processes, templates, and tools that increase predictability, efficiency, and speed to market.
- Define and track delivery metrics to assess execution health, capacity, and throughput.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Communications project management resources, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to broader Marketing & Communications Operations initiatives and process improvements as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in project, program, or operations management within Communications, Marketing, or a related function.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives in an enterprise environment.
- Experience leading or mentoring project managers or senior project resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PM tools; Asana preferred
Communication Skills:
Writing, Talking/Hearing on the phone (Continually=67-100% of workday)
Location:
Our office follows 4 days onsite and 1 day remote schedule.
Travel:
Occasionally, less than 25%
