Sr. Manager, Commercial Sales Analytics
Lead cross-business forecast aggregation and funnel methodology, managing a team of analysts to deliver accurate, transparent, and consistent forecasts while generating actionable insights on funnel health, order intake, and order-book performance to drive commercial decisions. Partner with commercial leaders to standardize metrics, close performance gaps, and champion AI and advanced analytics to improve pipeline visibility, conversion, velocity, and forecast accuracy.
Your role:
Lead cross-business forecast aggregation and reporting to ensure accurate, transparent, and consistent forecasts.
Define and implement standardized funnel and forecasting methodologies across businesses.
Produce actionable insights on funnel health, order intake, and order-book performance to inform decisions.
Partner with commercial leaders to diagnose gaps, recommend improvements, and drive adoption of commercial excellence initiatives.
Lead and coach a team (~5 analysts/managers), prioritizing work and championing AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting and pipeline visibility.
You're the right fit:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech or equivalent.
Senior commercial leader who translates complex data into clear narratives, defines and structures ambiguous problems, builds cross-business alignment, and motivates and develops high-performing teams with deep expertise in sales processes, funnel management, and forecasting.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Data-fluent, AI-forward thinker comfortable with complex datasets who guides analytics, drives insights and productivity improvements, and proactively applies AI to forecasting and decision-making.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The annual pay range for this position is $85,000 to $210,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
