We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Channel Marketing. This role will report into Sales, creating account level marketing strategies in alignment with the integrated marketing team, and executing within key regional accounts across all Regional and Custom Install partners.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Account focused responsibility to develop and execute all promotional and advertising activities.
  • Manage marketing communication messages across various accounts
  • Deploy Integrated Marketing tool kits during key commercial moments
  • Create KPIs for each of the channels
  • Generate new ideas to optimize each regional channel marketing vehicles
  • Measure KPIs for each investment
  • Collaboration and recommendation w/ account team and dealer on effective advertising vehicles and plans; creative and copy development and proofing

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in channel, shopper and/or product marketing within corporate environments.  Fast moving consumer goods and/or electronics industry experience preferred.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns at regional and national level, including distribution channels and dealer agents.  Merchandising strategy and planning experience a plus.
  • Solid customer relationship skills
  • Highly organized/detail oriented
  • Extensive project management skills.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing marketing programs.
  • Experience in budget management and tracking.

Travel 20% domestically, as needed

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $157,500 and $185,500.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
