Job Summary

SiTime is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems Integration to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise B2B and Middleware technology solutions. This senior role is critical in enabling secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between SiTime’s internal systems and external partners including customers, suppliers, and manufacturing collaborators. The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on expertise with leading middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or IBM Sterling B2B Sterling Integrator, combined with a strong ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective application integrations.

You will work closely with functional team members and business users to gather requirements, collaborate with external partners data integration, and deliver solutions that support SiTime’s global operations. In addition, you will mentor and develop junior team members, establish integration best practices.

This position requires strong technical leadership, business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment.

This position is based in Penang, MY. It requires travel to Ipoh, MY and some international travel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of B2B and Business applications middleware integration projects and initiatives, from requirements gathering and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with customers, suppliers, and other external partners to define B2B & EDI integration requirements, manage onboarding, and ensure ongoing connectivity and data exchange.
  • Design, configure, implement, and optimize business systems integrations using leading middleware solutions such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Oracle CPI or IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (or equivalent platforms).
  • Analyze and document business processes across the organization and translate them into robust, maintainable integration solutions that connect internal applications with external partner systems.
  • Collaborate closely with functional team members and business users to understand requirements, resolve integration challenges, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members by providing technical guidance, sharing best practices, and supporting their professional growth in B2B integration and middleware technologies.
  • Manage relationships with external partners throughout the integration lifecycle, including requirements definition, testing coordination, production support, and continuous optimization.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with security standards, data privacy regulations, export control requirements, and internal governance policies (including SOX/ITGC where applicable).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, minimizing impact on business operations.
  • Establish and promote integration standards, patterns, monitoring practices, and governance frameworks to ensure scalability, reusability, and maintainability.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in middleware, APIs, EDI, event-driven architectures, and secure B2B connectivity, and evaluate new capabilities for potential business value.
  • Manage multiple concurrent priorities and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced hypergrowth environment while demonstrating strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B integration and enterprise middleware, with demonstrated hands-on expertise in at least one leading platform such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Proven ability to understand complex business processes and design effective integrations between internal business applications and external partner systems.
  • Strong experience working directly with customers, suppliers, and other external partners to deliver B2B integration solutions.
  • Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and modern integration approaches (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, event-driven architectures), Rosettanet standards
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with functional team members and business users to translate business needs into technical integration solutions.
  • Proven experience mentoring and developing junior team members in technical skills, best practices, and professional growth.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle complex integration scenarios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated leader who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry experience is desired
