We are searching for the best talent for Senior Manager of Business Analytics & Customer Insights, based in São Paulo-SP, Brazil.

Purpose: To operate within the Regional Center of Excellence for Latin America, acting as a key strategic partner for senior leadership team.

This role plays a critical role in shaping Hematology portfolio strategy, launch excellence, and long‑term growth decisions through advanced analytics and deep customer insights, partnering closely with local and regional stakeholders.

Acting as a consultative leader and influencer, the Business Partner translates complex data, analytics, and customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations for local and regional brand leadership and senior management.

The role acts as an ambassador for advanced analytics and digital innovation from the Center of Excellence, operating under the highest compliance standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key strategic thought partner for Hematology, supporting local and regional brand teams with insights that shape portfolio strategy, pre‑launch excellence, and growth opportunities.

  • Lead the end‑to‑end insights agenda for Hematology, integrating market data, advanced analytics, customer insights, and forecasting into a cohesive strategic narrative.

  • Influence senior executive decision‑making by translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations aligned to business priorities and long‑term value creation.

  • Partner closely with senior local and regional stakeholders to identify cross‑portfolio opportunities in Brazil, enabling data‑driven decision making.

  • Provide leadership through influence, aligning stakeholders around insights‑driven priorities and strategic choices.

  • Elevate pre‑launch and in‑market strategies, ensuring insights support key business moments throughout the year.

  • Support long‑range planning and 5‑year forecasting, contributing to robust scenario discussions and higher‑quality strategic planning.

  • Foster a data‑driven culture and ensure all activities are executed in full compliance with internal policies and ethical standards.

  • Solid experience in Business Analytics, Customer Insights, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or related roles, including prior experience in managerial or leadership positions.

  • Strong experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on Hematology or adjacent specialty areas.

  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams and influencing business decisions.

  • Experience working in regional or multi‑country environments.

  • Advanced English (written and spoken); Spanish required.
