JOB PURPOSE:
The Media & Digital team is responsible, in collaboration with the Category & Brand teams, as well as the Channel Activation Directors, to define and lead the implementation of media strategy & plans (paid medias, CRM, Own assets) for all McCain CE activities. As marketing digital expert, the team is in charge of driving digital excellence & acceleration among marketing teams & at McCain. Inside the team, as the Senior Manager Paid Medias, you are in charge, in collaboration with Brands & Channels teams, of paid medias from strategies, to plan development & analysis (MMM, ...). For B2C & B2B, all medias.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Inside the Media & Digital team, as the Senior Manager Paid Medias, you:

  • Are in charge to select & drive best media, digital & social media agencies (all channels: CE Retail Media agency, CE FoodService Media agency, ...)
  • Provide strong supports to channel teams in media planning & activations implementation (including delivering strong media guidelines, internal 'consulting' expertise, guidance to select best local social medias agencies)
  • Drive discussions with regional media vendors (mainly digital & social medias) and appropriately track & report on the organization's media budget (all channels) & related investments
  • Are accountable for analysing our ROI and proposing improvement strategies (including lead of studies such as MMM)
  • Drive the future proofing of our media strategies and practices, being at the forefront of new media possibilities
  • Drive the continuous learning of marketing activation teams, esp. as regards to digital marketing


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 7+ years in FMCG Marketing & Media/Digital positions and/or in Media-Digital agencies.
  • Broad experience of the media business and marketing knowledge. Expert of the media landscape
  • Expert & digital lover (Digital Media, Digital Branding, Social Media, Digital Funnel,...)
  • Ability to influence & work in a matrix organization. Team player & comfortable working within crossfunctional teams
  • Creative, passionate, storyteller
  • Fluent in English. Fluent in French &/or German is a plus
  • Autonomy
  • Curiosity, creativity
  • Project management & indirect management (external partners)
  • Team player, at ease in matrix organizations
  • Problem solving: Very good level of problem-solving abilities to drive projects & multiple partners (internal & external)
  • Decision-Making: Good level of accountability, especially on Media strategies, media plan and the efficiency/impact of marketing investments.
