The Role

Wealth.com is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Brand & Communications to lead our corporate marketing efforts. This role will play a crucial part in positioning Wealth.com as the industry leader in estate planning solutions. You will drive key initiatives in public relations, content development, and corporate communications to enhance our brand presence and establish strong relationships within the wealth management sector.


As a Senior Manager, Brand & Communications, you will manage our PR agency, lead thought leadership initiatives, and develop impactful messaging across corporate communications. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and provide materials that drive engagement and accelerate pipeline creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Public Relations Management: Oversee and collaborate with our PR agency to manage media relations, press releases, and corporate announcements, ensuring consistent and positive media coverage for Wealth.com.
  • Thought Leadership Initiatives: Lead thought leadership efforts, including executive positioning, speaking engagements, and content creation that reinforces Wealth.com’s authority in estate planning and wealth management.
  • Content Roadmap Ownership: Manage the content strategy and development of high-quality marketing assets such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars to fuel inbound marketing efforts and support lead generation.
  • Corporate Communications & Brand Positioning: Ensure all corporate communication channels consistently reflect the company’s vision, values, and messaging. Manage internal and external communications for high-impact results.
  • Sales Enablement & Alignment: Work with sales leadership to ensure marketing materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers, and case studies) align with sales strategies and drive conversions throughout the sales cycle.
  • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand reach, media coverage, lead generation, and sales pipeline contributions to evaluate the success of corporate marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with product, demand generation, and sales teams to create and distribute marketing collateral that resonates with target audiences and supports business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing, public relations, or content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or wealth management/fintech industries.
  • Proven Track Record: A strong background in managing PR agencies, creating impactful content, and executing successful thought leadership programs.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and convey complex information in a simple and engaging way.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple initiatives and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Tools & Technologies: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for managing communications and tracking marketing performance.
