Fabletics is currently looking for a Sr. Manager, Brand Communications.
Job Summary
In your role, you will develop and execute the brand communications strategy for Fabletics Europe with a specific focus on accelerating brand awareness. While developing and orchestrating communication campaigns for consumer media and B2B audiences, you will also create new strategies to shape the brand's reputation and positioning in Europe.
As part of the Brand Marketing team, you will work closely with our eCommerce, Wholesale and Acquisition Marketing teams to ensure an integrated communications strategy across all brand media channels. You and your team will need to create and discover new ways to connect directly with our consumers, using all communication strategies from working with KOLs and brand ambassadors to guerrilla marketing, activations or increasing visibility on TV, radio and magazines or digital media channels such as podcasts or blogs, with the help of our PR agencies.
The position reports into the VP, Communications & Brand Partnerships for Fabletics Europe.
What you will do:

Develop and implement the brand communications strategy across all media channels with a strong focus on accelerating brand awareness with consumers.

Maximise the impact of our PR agencies, build strong relationships within the media landscape, be open to new channels and opportunities and share your learnings with your counterparts for the other European markets, the US and our sister brands Savage X Fenty, JustFab and Yitty.

You will be responsible for your communications budget, KPIs and brand awareness and engagement statistics, managing and monitoring the activities of all your campaigns and ensuring they deliver strong results for the brand.

Build and refine relationships with KOLs, celebrities and brand ambassadors to enhance our brand positioning and awareness.

Refine and drive our B2B communications and brand reputation strategy to increase brand visibility in the fashion and eCommerce space. Work closely with our Customer Support organisation to improve customer feedback strategies.

Provide monthly performance and campaign reports for the European market with the aim of maximising brand visibility, engagement and reputation.

Work closely with the SEO, Social Media and Online Marketing Managers in the EU to ensure alignment on all communications activities - as well as building a strong relationship with your US HQ counterparts to support global campaigns in your country.
What you can bring:

At least 4 years' communications experience in a fast-paced start-up, scale-up or B2C sports/fashion environment, with additional experience as a fashion journalist or in a PR agency.

You balance both strategy and execution, seamlessly navigating breadth and depth while thriving as an individual contributor.

You have a strong track record of developing and implementing successful communications strategies with measurable results.

An outgoing self-starter who is well connected within the fashion and influencer ecosystem and relevant media.

A proactive and autonomous approach to work; both open-minded and quick to adapt to new challenges and changes.
