Requirements

2. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Electric Vehicle (EV) powertrain
ecosystem (Batteries, Motors, Inverters) and Heavy Equipment components (Castings,
Fabrications, Hydraulics).
3. Negotiation & Legal: Proven track record in high-value contract negotiations and
understanding of legal frameworks for international procurement.
4. Certifications: Professional certifications are an advantage.
5. Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Planning,
Logistics).
