Primary Function/Purpose

为Dona搭建AD患者的早期检测路径,提升检测率;和KOL建立良好的合作关系,协助AD检测诊疗路径的实现;与试剂公司成为partner,共同推动AD检测率的提升;与公司内部CA,KA,Medical共同合作。

在劳动合同期内,公司可能会根据经营情况、管理需要等因素调整员工负责产品或所在产品组。

Key Responsibilities

1. 全面准确地搜集核心医院的AD诊疗早检现状,并形成深入的洞察。

2. 整合全渠道资源,制定SMART的区域90天行动计划,定期回顾评估并作出策略性的调整与修正。

3. 筛选KOL,保持合适的拜访频率,制定短期、长期的合作计划,从而建立良好的合作关系。

4. 了解各部门的工作职能,建立双赢的合作模式,利用非职能影响力,有效的推进项目进度。

5. 和“试剂”公司搭建合作模式 。

6. 市场活动的策划与执行。

7. 和KA/CA团队密切配合,与KDM建立合作基础,具备关键谈判和缔结能力。

8. 深度了解市场,分析,结构性思考,策略性思维和计划能力。

9 了解品牌策略及竞品优势。

10. 专业的CNS/AD疾病,产品知识。

注:上述Primary Function/Purpose和Key Responsibilities的要求以及具体适用的各类指标、目标的满足与否,将成为员工是否胜任工作的评估维度。

Qualification/Requirements

1.神经科学背景&诊断领域优先*

2.做过阿尔兹海默产品优先

3.MNC 2年以上管理经验(诊断/DM/KA/RMM)*

4. 本科及以上,医药相关专业*

内部候选人(请满足以下条件):

       * DM/KA/Brand manager/RMT
       * 总共至少4年工作经验;此外, 至少在Eli Lilly有 2年工作经验;
       * 连续的良好绩效;
       * 在过去一年,无 “书面警告” 或以上级别的合规警告
